The Items dialog shows a list of folder-like nodes representing the "item types" of the business items present in the DGN file. These Class Type nodes group the items by type, and when you expand them, you can see the individual "items" (component instances) contained in the DGN file. The Details dialog opens when you click an item in the Items dialog and displays the properties of that item.
